You should just go straight to the form, fill it out and then go. Your details are then put into a queue for processing when the system can get to it. This is standard on busy systems - and these days simple to implement. Only laziness results in the current state.wayne-ohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07788688452556986753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2889634717122112415.post-74824310064990789682010-10-04T06:41:47.325-07:002010-10-04T06:41:47.325-07:00The illusion of a queue was one of the worst parts...The illusion of a queue was one of the worst parts yesterday. It was no more than an automated F5. Those willing to thrash their keyboards stood a better chance than those who assumed that it was a genuine queue. I'm now left with a ticket I probably wont use as few of my group got tickets; I need to pay the rest before I'd find out if they've got tickets in the resale. In previous years we've split this way as I paid for the camper ticket and thus needed a full ticket at this stage. Should have updated our approach I guess. But a complete waste of 4 hours, and very frustrating to someone who used to manage a much more complex website.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
